I spent three nights in the Beautiful Single Room with Balcony and Theater View. The hotel staff, particularly Christine and Chef Mama, were cute. They arranged my airport pickup promptly, which eased my late-night arrival. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with a good variety of local and international dishes that Chef Mama prepared with care. My room wasnice and neat. The view from my balcony was fine, especially at night. The bathroom did need some improvements. The sliding door lacked proper closure, affecting privacy, and the fixtures showed signs of wear. Despite these issues, the warm service and enjoyable meals were good.

Props to the super friendly staff, especially Christine and Lumi, who made sure we felt right at home. The room was nice and cozy, just perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Staff attention and location are amazing.
The mattress was too hard. I could hear the street noise quite clearly, despite being aware beforehand. The room lacked enough hooks for hanging clothes, which really added to the frustration .
